This workplace-approved course teaches lifesaving skills for adults, children, and infants. The program includes 4–8 hours of flexible online learning followed by a 9-hour in-person skills session. Certification meets CSA Z1210 First Aid Training Standards and is valid for 3 years in Alberta.

About the Event
This course is blended learning which means learners must complete an online (theory/reading) portion before attending their scheduled in-person skills session!

Open the link to activate your account, then access your course anytime through the Red Cross Portal: https://myrc.redcross.ca/en/ We ask that you to log into your online content early to avoid any technical issues as technical support is not available evenings or weekends.
Completing Your Online Learning
Please allow yourself about 4 - 8 hours to complete the online learning. You may complete it at your own pace on any device within a 6 week window of your in person session. We recommend reviewing 1 - 2 modules a day a week or so before your in person session to keep the details fresh and memorable.
