We are now offering proctoring services for post-secondary students!
What is a proctor?
A proctor is a person who monitors someone during an exam. An official exam cannot take place without a proctor.
Where does proctoring take place?
We are pleased to provide quiet and supervised proctoring services at our training centre in Leduc.
How much do proctoring services costs?
For a basic 3 hour exam, we charge a flat fee of $75 plus GST. This fee includes monitoring of paper or online tests (for online tests, we will provide you with a secured computer with which to take your exam). Proctoring services must be paid for at the time of booking and there are no refunds if you fail to show up, though you may cancel the service 72 hours before your exam as long as you provide written cancellation notice.
EducAid Training Services is not responsible for any costs (such as exam materials, writing utensils, exam tools such as a calculator, and mailing or courier costs) as these are the responsibility of the student.
What are the steps to arrange for a proctor?
We require a minimum of 1 weeks notice in order to arrange proctor services. Proctoring is subject to availability. Before arranging for proctoring services with us, please contact your home institution and verify their requirements regarding taking your exam at our location. Once you have received approval from your home institution, please contact us by phone at 780-940-5656 or by email at [email protected] to start a Proctor Exam Request.
What do I need to bring with me to the exam?
Please bring government issued ID and arrive at least 15 minutes before your exam start time.
